General Terms & Conditions

Thank you for visiting the www.cardissimo.at terms and conditions page.
These terms and conditions apply to all or any use of http://www.cardissimo.at (“the WebSite”) and
specifically to the use of the WebSite to place orders for CARDISSIMO’s Carbon Fibre Business and Membership Cards, Carbon Fibre Card Cases, Hardwood Card Cases and Carbon Fibre Fashion Accessories (the “Product(s)”) through the Cardissimo Online Store via the Internet. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, any person or business who places an order for the Product(s) through the WebSite shall be known as (the “Buyer” or “You”).

The Seller is Ringl – spirit of fascination e.U. Eichenstrasse 34614 Marchtrenk AUSTRIA/EUROPE company register number: FN 395797f GLN 9110018055631 UID number: ATU24927006 (“Our”, “We”, “Us”).
The WebSite is operated by the Seller to market and distribute the Product(s).

The Seller reasonably attempts to maintain up-to-date and accurate pricing, availability and usage information about the Product(s) contained on the WebSite. However, this information is subject to change without notice at any time.

The Seller reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to periodically revise these Terms and Conditions.
Check this WebSite periodically for updates and revisions. Updates and revisions shall be effective the date such update is posted on the WebSite.

2.1 Our display of the Product(s) on the WebSite is an invitation to treat and not an offer to sell the Product(s) to you.
This means that if our display price is incorrect for whatever reason on the WebSite, we are not contractually bound to sell you the Product(s) at the display price.

2.2 An offer is made when you place the order for the Product(s). You place an order by completing the Purchase Order Form. You will need to provide details about the Product(s) you wish to purchase.
Any terms set out in the Buyer’s Purchase Order that varies, add to or conflict with these Terms and Conditions are not binding on Seller.

2.3 All prices shown at www.cardissimo.at are quoted in Euro and include VAT at 20%.

2.4 We accept payment by all major credit or debit cards or through Paypal. You can use Paypal to pay directly or you can sign up for a Paypal account. All you need is an email address and a credit card. Paypal accepts:

Visa (Debit/Delta/Electron)

MasterCard/Eurocard (including Maestro)

American Express

The Product(s) are subject to availability. If we are unable to supply the Product(s), we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given if you have already paid for the Product(s).

2.5 If you enter a correct email address we will send you an order acknowledgement email.
This is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from us.

2.6 Unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it, order acceptance and the creation of the contract between you and us will take place at the point the products you have ordered are produced and sent from Austria to be delivered to the address you have given us. There is no binding contract until that stage, even though we may have debited your card or we may have sent an acknowledgement email.
If we have already debited your card and are unable to deliver the Product(s) that you have ordered then you shall receive a full refund.

2.7 The high quality of the Product(s) is a fundamental selling point for us and it forms a substantial part of our intellectual property rights.

2.8 The Production time for the Product(s) will depend on the quantity ordered. We aim to complete all orders ready to be sent within 10 working days of sending you an order acknowledgement email.

2.9 All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with clause 2.5 and 2.6 of these terms and conditions.

2.10 We do not file details of your order for you to access. Please print out these terms and conditions and the order acknowledgement for your own record.

3.1 All orders ship via Express delivery at the rates listed below:

The EU – €0.00 (Express Shipping)

The Rest of Europe, USA and Canada and the Rest of the World – €39.50 (Express Shipping)

The tracking number will be provided in the Shipping Confirmation e-mail when the orders ship.

Prices valid till revoked.

3.2 Custom or Import Duties.
If your delivery country charges customs or import duties – these will be charged once the package reaches the destination country. You will have to pay these charges. Unfortunately, we have no control over the charges and cannot inform you what they will be. Customs policies vary from country to country – so if you have any questions regarding this, please contact your local customs office for further information.

3.3 Delivery time depends on your address. We aim to deliver the products to the Buyer within 5 working days of the Product(s) being sent from our warehouse in Austria.

3.4 You will own the Products(s) once they have been paid for and sent by us to you.

3.5 It is your responsibility to make sure that you accept delivery. Deliveries generally require
an acknowledgement by signature. We do not accept responsibility for a delivery failure
if you are not ready or fail to accept delivery of the Product(s).

3.6 We shall have no liability to you in respect of any delay or failure to deliver the Product(s) due to
circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including (without limitation) delay or failure caused by
adverse weather, strikes or transport problems.

4.1 Before we begin the manufacture of your order of the Product(s) we shall send you a copy of the artwork for approval at your specified email address. If for any reason, you wish to do so you have the right to cancel any order you have placed. If you wish to cancel at this stage you will receive an immediate 100% refund. You can email our Online Customer Services Team at cardissimo@ringl.at. Once you have contacted us to cancel, before approval of the artwork for the Product(s), your order will be immediately cancelled.

4.2 Each Cardissimo Business Card, Membership Card and Card Case is handmade to the Buyer’s specifications and is personalised. We take great pride in ensuring that you are completely happy with the artwork for the Product(s).
 However, once you have approved the artwork and the Product(s) have been made to your specifications and personalised, you may not cancel your order and will not be refunded any payment. Further, we reserve the right to pursue you for the balance if there is any payment outstanding, in line with Regulation 13(1)(c) Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

5.1 We will refund or exchange any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us
in a saleable condition within 14 days of the item being delivered to your nominated address.
Please return items in their original condition, unused, in their original packaging.

5.2 In order to be eligible for a Return under this clause 5, you must first inform us via e-mail
: cardissimo@ringl.at of your dissatisfaction with the Product(s) within 14 days of it being delivered
to your nominated address.

5.3 We cannot refund or exchange Product(s) which have been personalised to a customer’s specification.
If however, the product is later deemed to have a fault of manufacture your statutory rights remain unaffected, and we will be pleased to offer a refund or exchange according to your wishes, as is normal procedure.

All Product(s) are protected by registered design rights and trademarks. “CARDISSIMO YOUR IDENTITY”
is a registered trademark. You acknowledge and will respect all such intellectual property rights including copyrights we own or may own in the look and feel of the WebSite and its contents including any sounds, music, text, graphics, data, stills, photographs and moving images.

Such intellectual property rights shall include all registered and unregistered intellectual property rights of any type or nature including trademarks and community marks. You further agree that you will not infringe our copyright by any method or manner now known or as may exist in the future.

7.1 These terms apply to the Product(s) ordered via the internet and relate to International orders only, being orders where, as applicable, delivery is to be made outside the Austria.

7.2 We deliver to the following countries:
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Kuwait, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States, Vatican City State.

Delivery to other countries is available.

7.3 Under Council Regulation (EC) No 44/2001 of 22 December 2000 if you are a consumer
then the jurisdiction governing any transaction through this website is where you reside or where the Product(s) are delivered.
